Both teams need to be at the convention center for 9:45 am for a possible challenge match at 10:30.(crt 11/12)
This is what we received from the tournament director.

Hello Coaches,
None of the teams in 16 Open Div 3 will be seeded until Round 1 is finished.
There are two pools in Div. 3 that are finishing round1 sat morning from 8:30-10:30.
Immediately following that will be the challenge matches (1 set to 25) between the four lowest second place teams in Div 3 to see which second place teams will move up to Div 2 in round 2.

You finished second in your pool so you may have a 1 set match to 25 to see if you move up to Div 2 or stay in Div 3. That will be at 10:30 on either court 11 or 12

The top three seeded second place teams will automatically be moved up to Div 2 and will not play a one set challenge match. The four lowest seeded second place teams will be the teams competing in the one set challenge match.
What seed you are will not be known until the whole division is completed at the end of the 9:30 matches

You should be ready to play for 10:30 am in case you are one of the 4 lowest seeded second place teams.

Round 2 will start
16O Div 2 - At 2 and 2:30 pm
16O Div 3 - at 11 am (after CR) and 2:30 pm

We understand the burden this puts on your team and thank you ahead of time for you cooperation. The large number of 16's teams would not allow us to finish round one on Friday night. Once you start round two play on Saturday you will finish that pool on Saturday.
